This system can prevent the circulation of counterfeit products in the supply chain of pharmaceutical products. Companies must deploy this serialization system technology to comply with applicable requirements and maintain competitiveness. This study aims to determine the effect of TOE framework on the implementation of the serialization system on company performance using a survey/questionnaire method at PT Bio Farma (Persero). Statistical testing uses Structured Equation Modeling (SEM) to measure the relationship between variables. The test result identified that technological, organizational, and environmental contexts have a positive and significant impact on the serialization system's implementation at Bio Farma. The results also revealed that the implementation of the serialization system has had a positive and significant impact on company performance. This research can have good implications for companies and top management in providing appropriate and compatible technology support so that the adoption of implementation serialization technology can improve company performance.
Lita Maeka, Osly Usman, Anandha Budiantoro Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Management and Leadership https://jurnal.tau.ac.id/index.php/jml/article/view/458 Fri, 31 May 2024 00:00:00 +0000 THE IMPACT OF PT BIO FARMA CORPORATE REPUTATION, PRODUCT QUALITY ON INSTITUTIONAL CUSTOMER LOYALTY https://jurnal.tau.ac.id/index.php/jml/article/view/461
Abstract

The pandemic of COVID-19 disrupted supply chain systems, with long-term consequences. This study examines the impact of Covid-19 disruption, resilience, and adaptation strategies on the company's supply chain performance (SCP). The research is a case study conducted sequentially with a qualitative and quantitative approach at PT XX, a pharmaceutical company in Indonesia, under interviews and document analysis. The techniques and analytical tools used in this study are multiple linear regression using Minitab, which included t-test, F regression, R-square analysis, and moderation regression analysis to measure the relationship between variables. The study's findings indicate that the Covid-19 disruption has had a negative impact on SCP. However, the SCR, SCRM, SCI, and SCE are all components of resilience that positively influence SCP. This research also shows that adaptation strategies such as intertwining, substitution, and repurposing improve the SCP. As a result, to achieve long-term supply chain performance and sustainability, companies should focus on integrating business operations, resilience, and adaptation strategies to deal with the consequences of major disruptions. Improvements in several resilience parameters and the implementation of several adaptation strategies are required to accelerate recovery and enhance supply chain performance.

Keyword: disruption, resilience, adaptation strategy, and supply chain performance (SCP)
Ellen Terisa, Paidi WS, LM Samry Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Management and Leadership https://jurnal.tau.ac.id/index.php/jml/article/view/461 Fri, 31 May 2024 00:00:00 +0000 THE EFFECT OF TRUST AND WORK INVOLVEMENT ON EMPLOYEE TURNOVER INTENTION AT THE HEAD OFFICE OF PT BANK MANDIRI (PERSERO) TBK https://jurnal.tau.ac.id/index.php/jml/article/view/404
This study aims to analyze and test the hypotheses: The direct effect of positive and significant trust on turnover intention, the direct effect of work involvement on turnover intention and a direct effect of trust on work involvement in Bank Mandiri Head Office Employees. The object of this research is 120 employees of Bank Mandiri Head Office. Population and sample were selected using simple random sampling. The research method used is a quantitative research method. The analytical method used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) equation model. The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant direct effect of trust on turnover intention of Bank Mandiri Head Office employees, a positive and significant direct effect of work involvement on turnover intention of Bank Mandiri Head Office employees and a positive and significant direct effect of trust on work involvement of Head Office employees Mandiri Bank.

Keywords : Trust, Work Involvement, Turnover Intention
Darin Suryadi, Anandha Budiantoro, Paidi WS, Agung Priyono Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Management and Leadership https://jurnal.tau.ac.id/index.php/jml/article/view/404 Fri, 31 May 2024 00:00:00 +0000 IMPACT OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE, LIQUIDITY AND CAPITAL STRUCTURE ON COMPANY VALUE (EMPIRICAL STUDY OF FOOD AND BAVERAGE SUB-SECTOR COMPANIES LISTED ON THE INDONESIA STOCK EXCHANGE) https://jurnal.tau.ac.id/index.php/jml/article/view/636
This research was conducted to determine the relationship and influence between financial performance, liquidity and capital structure on firm value. A total of 14 food and beverage companies were sampled using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis tool uses the SPSS 25 program using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The independent variables in this study are measured by Return on Assets, Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio. While the dependent variable is measured using the Price Book Value. The standard significance level in this study was 5%. This study produces data that stimulant ratios of financial performance, liquidity, and capital structure have a significant effect on firm value while partially ROA and DER have a positive effect on PBV, DER has no significant effect on PBV.
Firda Aulia Sofieka, Anita Munir Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Management and Leadership https://jurnal.tau.ac.id/index.php/jml/article/view/636 Fri, 31 May 2024 00:00:00 +0000 UNDERSTANDING THE PERFORMANCE IN TRAVEL AGENCIES, A LITERATURE REVIEW APPROACH https://jurnal.tau.ac.id/index.php/jml/article/view/155
Organizational performance is one of the main factors in determining organizational success. Previous research used several dimensions to measure performance. There are three organizational performance results, namely financial performance, product market results and shareholder return.
Many measurements can be used in calculating performance measures. This is due to the influence of different stakeholders and the needs of each organization. In this research the author takes a different perspective by analyzing organizational performance through the travel agency industry. It's just that this research focuses on travel agents in Spain. That's why this research aims to find out more about measuring travel agency performance.
Diin Fitri Copyright (c) 2024 Journal of Management and Leadership https://jurnal.tau.ac.id/index.php/jml/article/view/155 Fri, 31 May 2024 00:00:00 +0000
